Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Public Area Attendant to clean and maintain hotel public areas and exterior spaces, ensuring they are guest-ready in line with company policies. The role includes restocking supplies, assisting other teams, and reporting repair needs to supervisors. A High School diploma or GED is preferred and experience in a hotel environment is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or similar in a hotel or commercial environment.
• Experience cleaning in a customer-focused environment.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily cleaning schedule and tasks from immediate supervisor.
• Cleans and maintains all lobbies, public areas and public restrooms.
• Cleans walls and vacuums stairwells and hallways.
• Sweeps and mops floors of all entrances.
• Restocks supplies in lobby restrooms/wash rooms.
• Assists room attendants and laundry attendant as necessary.
