Job summary

Rapid Creek Ranch is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to maintain the appearance of public areas and support guest services in our Owensboro property.

Responsibilities include cleaning and deep cleaning assigned areas, assisting Front Desk with lobby functions, setting up meeting rooms, restocking stations, delivering items to guest rooms, and supporting shuttle operations as needed. This role emphasizes cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the appearance of the public areas of the hotel
• Deep clean assigned areas as requested
• Assist Front Desk staff with maintenance of complimentary hotel lobby functions including the coffee service and nightly concierge events
• Clean and set-up meeting room functions with assistance from Director of Sales
• Restocking housekeeping stations
• Delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk
• Driving shuttle van when needed
