Job summary

Oxford Collection of Hotels is seeking a dedicated House Person to maintain and sanitize public areas of the hotel, respond to guest requests, and may provide guest transportation. The role involves cleaning lobby, restrooms, and common spaces, while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes adherence to safety standards, attention to detail, and teamwork, with duties including stock replenishment and assisting with facility setups as needed.

Qualifications

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Hospitality or hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Public Areas: clean, sanitize, and maintain lobby, restrooms, gift shop, guest laundry area, employee break room, pool area, exercise room, business center, stairwells and hallways; assist with guest transportation as needed.
• Guest relations: greet guests, provide directions and assistance, ensure high level of customer service, assist with luggage and deliveries, transport guests with company vehicle when needed.
• Other duties: assist with meeting room setup, stock areas, adhere to attendance policies, participate in driver or related hotel tasks as assigned.
