Scott Enterprise Hotels, Ambassador, and Corporate Divisions is seeking a part-time weekend housekeeping role responsible for maintaining high standards in public areas, meeting rooms, and the hotel grounds. The role involves cleaning public spaces, assisting with guest deliveries, and supporting the housekeeping team with after-hours duties while upholding franchise standards and brand guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize assigned public areas and grounds per company policy.
• Assist with deliveries to guest and meeting rooms and clean guest rooms after hours as needed.
• Clean, prepare, and set up meeting rooms per function sheets.
• Ensure hotel equipment (cots, cribs, carts, vacuums, A/V) is maintained and secured.
• Store and label cleaning supplies and chemicals per policy.
• Provide excellent customer service; address guest requests; follow the 10-4 rule; assist guests with belongings.
• Attire uniform and nametag per grooming and uniform policy.
• Communicate with superiors about the status of guest requests and tasks.
• Provide safety and security for the hotel and guests; follow safety policies and participate in emergency training.
• Contribute ideas on hotel operations and participate in training initiatives.
• Complete other tasks as assigned, including training new associates.
