Zusammenfassung

Brandt Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Houseperson for a three-day workweek (Thu, Fri, Sat) to enhance guest experiences by cleaning and maintaining corridors and public areas. The role may assist room attendants with room cleaning and laundry duties, following a consistent routine and directions.

Responsibilities include cleaning public areas per brand standards, assisting the team, stocking closets, and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations and procedures.
• Knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• General knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers and dryers.
• Able to understand and speak some of the English language.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Empty all trash receptacles and remove all linens and note areas that need immediate cleaning.
• Clean all public areas in accordance with brand standards and management, including, but not limited to hallways, elevators, service areas, stairways, etc.
• Aid housekeepers and maintenance team as needed.
• Stock linen and supply closets to ensure par inventories.
• Complete deep cleaning or preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Clean other designated areas when assigned, including, but not limited to restrooms, public areas, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Ensure all hotel property is in working order. Report missing articles, damage, or mechanical problems to management or supervisor, as necessary.
• Turn in and log all guest property left in room or other public space.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed (for example flip mattresses, move furniture).
• Ensure all rooms/assigned tasked are completed with the allotted MPR's.
• Respond to guest service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
