Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors.
• Assist housekeeping staff with removal of trash and dirty linens.
• Restock supplies in public areas as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
