Job summary

You will support housekeeping by delivering linens, restocking supplies, and assisting with laundry and cart organization, ensuring smooth daily operations. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and good teamwork, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays and ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and public areas to ensure high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Assist housekeeping staff by delivering clean linens, towels, and supplies to guest rooms and removing used items for laundering.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns promptly to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and availability of supplies.
• Support the setup and breakdown of banquet or dining areas as needed, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service.
