Hampton Inn is hiring a House Person to perform housekeeping duties in hotel common areas including lobby, breakfast area, restrooms, elevators, and public spaces. You will maintain cleanliness, assist guests, and support operations with a professional and friendly attitude.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma and about 1 year of hospitality experience, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Uniforms and personal grooming standards must be followed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year of hospitality experience preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Uniforms must be worn as prescribed by policy.
• Maintain personal cleanliness and professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Understand all hotel operating procedures.
• Deliver items to guest rooms as requested by the Front Desk.
• Maintain public areas clean, attractive and safe.
• Assist guests with directions or basic needs while on shift.
• Log lost and found items and report to supervisor.
• Work as part of a team and coordinate with other departments.
