Appone is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas. Responsibilities include lobby and restroom cleaning, back-of-house upkeep, and replenishing supplies. You will greet guests professionally and respond to requests promptly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift moderate weights. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success at Appone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 0–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals; write routine reports.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and more occasionally.
• Good communication and guest-service skills.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain lobby, meeting space, restrooms, and public areas.
• Maintain appearance of surrounding areas: sidewalk, signage, entrance, alley.
• Perform deep cleaning of assigned areas: shampooing, window washing, fixtures, elevators.
• Clean back of house areas: break room, laundry room, compactor area, employee restrooms.
• Check and replenish cleaning supplies and tools.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and respond to requests.
• Follow procedures for entering and leaving guest rooms.
• Return lost items to the Housekeeping department.
