Atrium Hospitality in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Corporate Director, Procurement & Spend Management to lead enterprise sourcing, supplier management, and spend analytics across properties. You will drive cost savings, negotiate corporate agreements, and govern procurement programs.

This role oversees Avendra GPO, Coupa P2P, supplier onboarding, COI integrations, and capital vs operating purchasing, delivering measurable savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience, with 3+ years in hotel operations.
• Proven ability to manage procurement programs and achieve savings.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic sourcing and GPO relationships with Avendra.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay workflow in Coupa and drive adoption.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, catalog setup, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Finance and CapEx on pricing and contracts.
• Track savings and report to leadership.
