Job summary

The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Hotel Pricing Analyst Coordinator to support the Revenue Management team in managing room rates, availability, and inventory across our properties.

The role is on-site, full-time and hourly, with responsibilities including monitoring competitor pricing, using IDeaS G3 and Opera, and collaborating with Reservations, Sales, Front Office and other departments to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or hotel experience is valued.
• OTAs or hotel distribution experience is a plus.
• Opera PMS experience is preferred but can be learned on the job.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily pricing and market conditions to inform rate decisions.
• Review occupancy, bookings, availability, and competitor rates.
• Maintain room types, rate plans, and availability in Opera and IDeaS.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Front Office and other departments on pricing and inventory issues.
• Support pricing decisions for group and wholesale opportunities.
