Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is hosting a Preventative Maintenance Engineer role at the Holiday Inn Express Silver City. The position involves performing preventative maintenance to keep hotel facilities and equipment in top condition, from HVAC to plumbing, painting, and basic repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license required; Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) acceptable for property.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance across hotel facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Repair and service ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen gadgets, laundry gear, HVAC, pool and related systems.
• Respond to alarms, investigate issues, and report findings to Front Desk.
• Access to secure areas with integrity and discretion.
• Interact with guests and staff professionally and drive safely when required.
