Qualifications

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms and public spaces.
• Follow safety policies and complete safety training and certifications.
• Report work related accidents or injuries immediately to manager/supervisor.
• Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and report them to management.

Responsibilities

• Follow company and department safety and security policies to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
• Report accidents immediately to management and use proper equipment and PPE.
• Follow hazardous materials procedures for handling and disposing of chemicals and pests.
• Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Assist with emergency procedures (evacuations, medical emergencies, etc.) and protect guest and coworker privacy.
