Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities work is beneficial.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow company safety and security policies to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
• Report accidents or injuries immediately to management.
• Handle chemicals and hazardous materials per program and MSDS guidelines.
• Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs and patching walls as needed.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies and protect guest and staff privacy.
