Job summary

Renaissance Hotel - Cincinnati is seeking a reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team on the PM shift. You will perform preventive and responsive maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, ensuring safety, comfort, and high service standards for our guests.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting, plus the ability to coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Desk.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Ability to work PM shift (3pm–11pm) including weekends.
• 40 hours per week, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms and public areas promptly.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, mechanical rooms, and exterior grounds for issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as HVAC units, lighting, doors, and fixtures.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.
• Assist during emergencies and follow safety protocols.
