As Head of Hotel Partnerships, you will build industry presence, expand our client base, and own a disciplined pipeline that feeds our preconstruction team with qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• Record of creating new business relationships and opportunities.
• Strong ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Hospitality/hotel industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record as a self-starter who origins new business.
• Comfort with prospecting, outreach, and turning relationships into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create New Hotel Partnerships with owners and management groups.
• Identify and develop relationships that fit Hotel Rehabs' core-client profile.
• Actively create relationships and opportunities, not just manage existing accounts.
• Turn Relationships into Real Opportunities by connecting to projects and decision-makers.
• Lead Marketing and Brand Experience to support relationship development and growth.
