The Potomac Hotel, Autograph Collection, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Painter or Carpenter to join our maintenance team. You will perform a variety of trades including wall repair, painting, and furniture touch-ups across the property.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced hospitality

Formación

• Experience as a painter or carpenter
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing)
• Engaging personality and strong communication
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance of the building and facilities
• Carry out wall repairs, painting, and furniture touch-ups
• Maintain records and logs of tasks and preventive maintenance
• Make repairs to woodwork, doors, windows, and carpeting
• Participate in the preventive maintenance program
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
