Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Painter to maintain interior and exterior hotel surfaces, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with the Engineering team to minimize guest disruption while performing routine painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation across guest rooms and public spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting of hotel areas including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
• Select and apply paints, stains, sealants, and finishes per surface.
• Conduct routine touch-ups and repainting to maintain appearance.
• Assist with wallpaper removal, drywall patching, and minor repairs.
• Inspect surfaces and identify repair or refinishing needs.
• Maintain tools and keep work area clean and safe.
• Coordinate schedules with Engineering to minimize guest disruption.
