Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a skilled Painter / Maintenance Technician to join their Engineering team at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue. The role focuses on painting, drywall repair, and maintaining the hotel's appearance.

Candidates should have experience in surface prep, patching walls, interior/exterior painting, and general maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Previous professional painting experience required.
• Experience with drywall repair and finishing strongly preferred.
• General maintenance, construction, or facilities experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting projects throughout the hotel.
• Repair damaged drywall, patching holes, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing.
• Complete touch-up painting in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Perform minor repairs to walls, doors, ceilings, fixtures, and other building components.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, safe work areas.
