Job summary

Omni Hotels is seeking a skilled Painter to maintain the hotel's interior and public areas, including guest rooms, meeting spaces, and corridors. You will brush, roll, spray, and texture surfaces, using stains and finishes as needed, while upholding safety and cleanliness.

You will support predictive maintenance under Omni CARE guidelines, manage paint supplies, and assist the engineering team during repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a commercial painter is preferred.
• Ability to brush, roll, spray, and work on different textures.
• Patch, float and repair damaged surfaces; work with stains, lacquers, varnishes, epoxy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public areas, guest rooms, meeting rooms and corridors; include paint, wallpaper and plastering.
• Perform preventive maintenance following Omni CARE guidelines.
• Maintain stock of paint supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
