Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Painter or Carpenter to join The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center in Roanoke, VA. You’ll perform maintenance, wall repairs, painting, furniture repair, and other trades to keep guest spaces and meeting areas in top condition.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work on different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a painter or carpenter on hospitality properties.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of building, facility and soft goods.
• Performs finishes repairs and touch ups to surfaces throughout the hotel and meeting space.
• Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner.
• Makes repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and windows, carpeting, etc.
• Participates in the hotel/resorts preventive maintenance program.
• Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures.
• Maintains logs on completed tasks.
• Prepares reports as requested by supervisors.
