Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Carpet & Floor Technician for the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center in Roanoke, VA. The role involves maintaining carpets, floors, and public areas across the historic property, with emphasis on guest comfort and high standards of cleanliness. Shift is typically 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., five days a week, with occasional schedule variation. Experience in hotel housekeeping or related facilities is preferred.

What you will have an opportunity to do

The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center, a historic landmark and Curio Collection by Hilton property managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, is looking for an energetic Carpet & Floor Technician to join our team in Roanoke, Virginia. The Hotel Roanoke has been welcoming guests for generations and is known for its exceptional hospitality experience. [hotelroanoke.com ] Shift will typically be scheduled for 1st shift 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., five days out of seven, with varying days off each week. (Based on business/ project needs shift could vary) If you have Carpet and Floor experience, this could be the perfect fit. Your expertise will help create beautiful, welcoming spaces for our guests every day. We value this experience because first impressions matter, and well‑maintained floors play a huge role in the guest experience. You'll work throughout our historic hotel, maintaining carpets, hard‑surface flooring, and public spaces while safely operating specialized machines and tools. Experience using such machines and tools for floor care, extraction, buffing, and cleaning is highly valued. Carpet and Floor experience is preferred, with additional preference given to candidates with hotel housekeeping or similar facility backgrounds. Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00
