Qualifications

• Previous General Manager or AGM experience in a select-service or full-service hotel environment preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage through change.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, labor management, financial performance, and brand compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting General Manager during leadership transitions, PTO coverage, vacancies, and periods of increased business need.
• Provide hands-on leadership and accountability across all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, Revenue, and F&B where applicable.
• Lead assigned projects and initiatives with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Support hotels through openings, renovations, transitions, audits, inspections, and operational improvement initiatives.
