Job summary

Even Hotels in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Operations Manager to keep hotel operations running smoothly, ensuring guest safety, comfort and brand standards. You will lead staffing, monitor financials, develop teams, and coordinate across departments to deliver True Hospitality.

Prior hotel supervisory experience and fluent English are required; additional languages are a plus. You will act as GM in the absence, drive guest satisfaction, oversee service delivery, and implement sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration.
• Three years of guest service/hotel experience with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Previous extended stay experience or experience in a hotel of similar size and complexity preferred.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing; ensure brand standards and guest safety.
• Help manage financial and operational plans; monitor budget variances and costs.
• Lead service recovery and guest satisfaction efforts; coordinate across departments.
