Havana Cabana At Key West is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all hotel personnel, ensure efficient labor management, and coordinate with F&B and Sales to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning skills, with a focus on maintaining an exceptional guest experience across all outlets and events at the waterfront property.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional hotel leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees management of hotel personnel including hiring, training, performance reviews, wages, coaching, and scheduling.
• Ensure effective labor management with cost-efficient schedules and revenues forecast.
• Collaborate with F&B and Sales teams on events, VIPs, and guest services to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, procurement, par levels, and monthly stock counts.
• Oversee reservation management and proper cash handling procedures.
