Qualifications

• Two years' experience as an Assistant General Manager or equivalent role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets and financial plans; control expenditures.
• Supervise hotel operations under the General Manager's direction.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain brand standards.
• Maintain financial records and drive sales targets.
• Recruit, train and manage staff; schedule work.
• Address customer concerns and ensure smooth events/conferences.
• Supervise maintenance, vendors, and compliance with safety standards.
