Job summary

Hampton Inn Parsippany is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to join our team. You will manage daily room inspections, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure cleanliness standards are met across guest rooms and public areas.

You will train new associates, monitor VIP requests, and report maintenance issues promptly to protect guest experiences. This full-time role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team

Responsibilities

• Prepare staff schedules and complete the work distribution report, ensuring all sections are covered.
• Thoroughly inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure they are cleaned according to company standards.
• Train and supervise all new associates and provide ongoing training for current staff.
• Check for early make-ups, special requests and VIPs.
• Maintain proper written records for lost and found.
• Run a departure report and recheck all rooms in your section.
• Write up work orders for repairs and immediately report safety hazards to management.
