Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is seeking an Operations Intern to support our Rooms or Food & Beverage teams in a hands‑on hotel environment. This seasonal internship offers exposure to leadership and guest service, with a focus on developing a foundation for a career in hotel operations.

Interns work in one department but may assist others as needed, gain brand‑standard training, and participate in shadowing leaders and hotel meetings during a 10‑week program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, business, or related academic program.
• Studying hospitality or related major.
• Capable of a 10 week commitment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in pursuing a career in hotel operations.
