Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and onboard new staff to meet guest service goals.
• Schedule staff to balance service levels with profitability.
• Coach and mentor staff to drive associate satisfaction.
• Identify revenue opportunities through effective yield management.
• Oversee inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance are timely.
