Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking an experienced Homewood Suites Corpus Christi Operations Manager to lead hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and guest satisfaction. Based in Corpus Christi, you will oversee front office, F&B, and other departments, ensuring SOPs and company standards are met.

You will develop managers, manage budgeting cycles, and participate in monthly reviews, while maintaining a guest-centric, service-oriented environment across the property.

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive hotel experience; or a 4-year degree with 4–5 years related experience.
• Long hours and flexible schedule; ability to manage multiple departments.
• Strong verbal and written communication; guest-focused leadership.
• Must comply with SOPs and participate in MOD coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations; train and schedule staff.
• Meet financial review dates and drive budget adherence.
• Develop managers through training and corporate SOPs.
• Conduct weekly department meetings and trainings.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and timely handling of issues.
• Oversee F&B and other departments for profitability.
