Dune House Hotel & Spa seeks an Overnight Maintenance & Security Technician to cover overnight shifts, ensuring the property runs smoothly and guests rest safely. The role blends hands-on maintenance with security rounds, addressing routine repairs and monitoring building systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent trade school.
• A minimum of 6 months successful experience in equal or similar position.
• Ability to drive pickup truck and snow removal equipment; maintain logs and records.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Respond to and resolve basic guest maintenance requests overnight (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, minor repairs).
• Maintenance: Make rounds to ensure equipment and building systems are working; log requests and hand off items to next shift.
• Security: Patrol the property and respond to guest concerns or safety violations; maintain a daily security log; respond to alarms and perform first aid as needed.
