Job summary

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile the day’s work for the hotel, banquets, food, and beverage outlets.
• Check in late‑night arrivals.
• Answer guest calls.
• Assist guests with an outstanding quality level of customer service.
• Teach new information regarding night audit duties to the night audit team.
• Maintain a positive, motivated team environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• At least one (1) year of Hotel Front Desk experience.
• At least one (1) year of Food & Beverage night audit experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera (PMS), and Aloha (POS) (preferred).

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

Compensation

$17 hourly
