This position involves conducting all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, completing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports. The Night Auditor will also attend to guest needs such as check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and answering questions.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Proactive thinking with a focus on guest security and maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
2. Counting cash and maintaining accurate cash drawer balances at the start and end of shifts.
3. Checking the front desk log for issues and special requests.
4. Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests.
5. Processing guest registrations and payments.
6. Preparing express checkout folios.
7. Maintaining room status inventory.
8. Communicating shift information to relevant staff.
9. Maintaining cleanliness of the lobby and bathroom.
10. Ensuring smooth shift transitions through effective communication.
11. Collaborating with hotel departments to ensure high-quality customer service.
12. Answering inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
13. Completing shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
14. Performing other duties as assigned.
