Job summary

Cambria Hotel Bend - Mt Bachelor in Bend, OR is seeking a Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. You will perform front desk duties, process reservations, and assist with bookkeeping and reporting while ensuring guest satisfaction.

This overnight role requires computer proficiency and a customer-focused mindset. Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is a plus, and some college is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Night auditor role with overnight flexibility.
• Experience with reservations and accounting software desired.
• Strong customer service and computer proficiency required.
• College is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality/front desk experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay.
• Execute front desk duties: processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints.
• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
• Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
• Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired.
• Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required.
• Flexible overnight hours are required.

Compensation

21.00 - 22.00 hourly
