Job summary

Nivea Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Worker to help keep the property safe, functional, and guest-ready by addressing everyday repairs and upkeep that support a smooth hotel experience.

You will respond to maintenance requests, perform basic repairs, and participate in preventive maintenance and safety checks to ensure rooms and public areas meet our standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair work experience is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and professionalism are required.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb stairs/ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic communication and attention to detail are important.

Responsibilities

• Responding to maintenance requests and completing basic repairs (plumbing, drywall, fixtures, doors/locks).
• Performing routine preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Troubleshooting issues, documenting work completed, and communicating status updates.
