Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep across the property. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

The role involves responding to guest maintenance requests, assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, and supporting the maintenance team to keep equipment and systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety-focused and team oriented.
• Able to lift, move, climb and use tools.
• Good communication and team-player attitude.
• Able to work efficiently and safely.
• Flexible to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
