Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance and upkeep across the hotel, ensuring a safe, clean and fully functional environment for guests and team members. The role involves responding to guest maintenance requests, assisting with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry work, and keeping tools organized.

You will join a supportive maintenance team with a direct impact on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment; flexible to work any days including holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
