Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality maintenance is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects operating systems and components to ensure proper operation, efficiency and safety
• Responds to front desk reports of guest problems or concerns and informs when action is complete
• Performs preventative maintenance, repairs or recommendations for repairs across mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing and building systems
• Keeps work areas clean, safe and secure; reports corrective actions to Chief Engineer
• Communicates problems promptly to Chief Engineer for action
• Provides sanitation duties as needed and performs duties with minimal guest disruption
• Performs other maintenance tasks as assigned
