AtWork Personnel – Harrisonburg is seeking a dependable Property Attendant for a local hotel in Harrisonburg, VA. This full-time role combines general maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping support to keep the property safe and running smoothly.

You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with guest room preparation, and help with laundry and public areas, all while maintaining a professional attitude and reliable attendance.

Qualificações

• Experience in general maintenance, building upkeep, or custodial work preferred.
• Ability to safely use basic tools and cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks.
• A helpful, professional attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must report to work without children or unauthorized guests accompanying you.

Responsabilidades

• Complete maintenance work orders and routine preventative maintenance.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks, including unclogging sinks and toilets.
• Handle light electrical tasks within your training and authorization.
• Make minor drywall repairs and assist with painting and caulking.
• Clean hotel heating and air conditioning units.
• Shampoo carpets, clean floors, and maintain public areas.
• Keep outdoor areas and parking lots clean and free of debris.
• Prepare guest rooms for housekeeping by removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reporting maintenance needs.
• Assist with laundry as needed.
• Track maintenance supplies and tools and notify management when items need replenishing.
• Follow property safety, security, and emergency procedures.
