Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a local property in Harrisonburg. This is a temporary, month-to-month assignment with potential to continue based on the property’s needs.

Responsibilities include completing general maintenance and repairs, handling plumbing and electrical tasks, responding to work orders, and preparing units for residents. Prior maintenance experience preferred; OSHA safety awareness is implied.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or general repair experience preferred (not required).
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and general building maintenance.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Able to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Dependable and able to stay on task.
• Basic computer skills.

What We' re Looking For

• Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, or on-call needs

Pay & Assignment $20– 22/hour, based on experience. This is a temporary position offered on a month-to-month basis through AtWork Personnel.
