The ideal candidate has hotel maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a welcoming, proactive attitude. Must be able to work second shift and weekends, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Able to work across shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Repair electrical fixtures, house wiring, and air conditioning components.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, doors, windows, and flooring as needed.
• Maintain equipment and logs; report tasks to supervisors.
