Element by Westin Albuquerque Uptown is seeking a Maintenance Person to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the hotel through preventative care and prompt service.

The role supports guest satisfaction by maintaining clean, comfortable, and well-functioning accommodations and public areas. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to resolve issues quickly in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and carpentry repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety commitment.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and work orders for maintenance.
• Perform general maintenance duties including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance in guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas.
