Qualifications

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of work-related experience in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field.
• Can-do attitude; willingness to learn.
• Must follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Able to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
• Strong listening and conflict resolution skills.
• Effective English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and document completion.
• Perform preventative maintenance to hotel facilities and spaces.
• Ensure safety and health codes are followed and report emergencies.
• Conduct full property walks at shift start and end, document needs.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and tools.
