Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Attendant in Bluffton, SC. This full-time role keeps our extended-stay properties in top condition through light and preventive maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and routine repairs.

You will handle grounds, common areas, housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed, respond to emergencies on-call, and support cross-training across teams.

Qualifications

Proven ability to perform basic electrical tasks
Proven ability to perform basic plumbing tasks
Experience with painting and general maintenance
Commitment to safety and guest satisfaction
Strong dependability and urgency in meeting deadlines
Willingness to perform housekeeping and laundry duties as required

Responsibilities

Light and preventive maintenance of interior and exterior facilities
Light plumbing and electrical tasks
Studio maintenance including painting, caulking, and janitorial work
Grounds and common areas upkeep and quarterly preventive maintenance
Laundry duties and cross-training for Move-Out/Stay-Over/Flex Attendants
On-Call emergency response and time logging when responding to emergencies
Adherence to brand standards and supervision directives
