Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, or recommendations for repairs of all mechanical/electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, building components, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance room.
• Assist in controlling maintenance expenses, including labor, overtime, and supplies, while seeking cost-saving measures.
• Work with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate uniform and nametag.
