Job summary

You will respond to guest requests, conduct preventive maintenance on guest rooms and public areas, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain logs while working closely with hotel teams.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required; hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• General knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and work orders
• Conduct preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with hotel staff to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
