Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for La Quinta stadium in Nashville, TN. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing hotel equipment across kitchen, laundry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms with minimal downtime.

You’ll juggle numerous tasks, fix broken items, and proactively seek solutions while paying attention to detail. Competitive pay, hotel discounts, and a dynamic growth environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and basic trade-related training.
• Demonstrated ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and building maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment with minimal downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure chemicals and hazardous materials are stored and reported properly.
• Secure the building, monitor security systems, and maintain keys as needed.
