• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stay active throughout the shift.

• Respond to guest room issues ensuring a great stay.
• Conduct routine checks on building equipment.
• Perform general repairs including HVAC and plumbing.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the property.
