Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders related to ceiling tiles and sheetrock repairs.
• Install or repair sheetrock and other wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, and light bulbs.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and follow Service Recovery Guidelines.
• Keep curb appeal through lawn care, snow removal, and trash removal.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
