Job summary

Concord Hospitality in Port Washington, NY is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep all hotel equipment in good working order and perform preventative maintenance. You will assist the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance and provide a safe environment for guests and staff while meeting safety standards.

This full-time role offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package. Rate of pay is $20-$22.50 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Maintenance knowledge and preventive maintenance experience.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• As a maintenance tech you are responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• You will assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance
• Provide a safe environment for our guests and the hotel staff by meeting all safety standards
• Provide professional courteous service to our guests and be accommodating to various requests
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed
• Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides
